"Refund took way too long"
I tried Lagofast and it just didn’t work that well for me, so I ended up asking for a refund. The refund did come through eventually, but the whole process was annoying. Replies were slow, really slow, and I had to message them more than once just to get things moving. It felt like I was repeating myself and waiting around for updates the whole time. They did refund me in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the communication was not great and the waiting was frustrating. Not the worst company I’ve dealt with, but the refund process was a hassle, and the slow replies were definitely the most annoying part

My first impression was that canceling my LagoFast plan might be a hassle because the option wasn’t exactly easy to spot. I had to poke around my account for a bit before I found it. Once I did, though, everything went smoothly. The cancellation went through, I got the confirmation email quickly, and I haven’t seen any extra charges so far. Overall, it was okay, just wish the cancel button was a bit more obvious.

It’ll run smoothly for a while, and then out of nowhere the random spikes hit and completely mess up my games. I’m getting tired of dealing with the same issue again and again...

I ran into an issue and thought, okay, here we go, this might take forever. But the Lagofast support team got back to me quickly. They explained the steps in a simple way, which I appreciated because I really didn’t feel like decoding some complicated instructions. I did ask a few extra questions, and they stayed patient the whole time. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but in the end they helped me fix the problem, so I can’t really complain...

I’d say the subscription is priced fairly, and it’s been working well enough for me so far. It’s not perfect all the time, but i think it’s still worth keeping for now.

I’ve been using LagoFast for a while now, and to be fair, they do push out updates often. I guess that’s better than just ignoring problems completely. The recent updates have made it work a bit better, but I still find myself noticing the things that don’t feel fully fixed yet. It’s nice that they’re trying, but I wish it didn’t need so many fixes in the first place

"support got it sorted fast"
i had this weird connection issue and thought it was something on my end. support replied quickly and walked me through what to do. lagofast is working fine now, nothing major in the end.

"Didn't really help my ping much"
I used lagofast for a few nights cuz my ping kept jumping around in games. Setup was easy, no real issues there, but the actual boost just wasnt that noticeable for me. Sometimes my ping would drop a bit, then the next match it was right back up or felt basically the same. Not completely useless, but for something I’m paying for, I expected more tbh. 2 stars.

"Helpful at times, but not quite as consistent as I hoped"
It did help me sometimes, so I wouldn’t say it was a waste or anything. But based on the site, I expected it to work more consistently than it did for me. It’s not bad, just felt a little overhyped. In the end, I’m a bit mixed on it, glad I tried it, but not totally convinced.

"Pretty clear and easy to get around"
I’ve used lagofast.com a few times now, and overall it’s been straightforward. The layout is clear, the menus are easy to spot, and I didn’t feel like I had to waste time clicking around just to figure out where everything was.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that a few pages can feel a bit crowded at first, especially with all the options shown at once. Still, once I got used to it, everything worked fine, and my personal take is that it’s a solid site that does what it needs to do

I wish I hadn’t bothered. I spent time setting everything up thinking it would help with the lag, but my matches still felt just as bad, maybe even worse. It was way more effort than it was worth.

I’ve been using it on both my PC and phone, and overall it’s been mostly fine. The main thing I’ve noticed is that switching between platforms can feel a bit clunky sometimes. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do wish it felt smoother. Has anyone else run into the same issue?

"Account management felt harder than it should"
I used LagoFast for a little while, and the actual service seemed okay, but managing my account was kind of a headache. Simple stuff like changing basic info or figuring out my subscription took way more clicks than I expected. I remember sitting there with a half-empty cup of tea next to my keyboard, weirdly stuck on a page trying to find what plan I was even on. It just wasn’t as clear as it should be, especially when it comes to what I’m being charged for. Support did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. Overall, it might work fine for some people, but the account side made the whole experience frustrating for me...

I’m giving this 1 star because the support experience was really disappointing. I reached out for help and waited way too long, only to get a response that didn’t really solve anything. it felt like I was being ignored the whole time. Maybe the product works fine if you don’t run into issues, but when you actually need help, it’s really frustrating. I’m not happy with it.

I only noticed few random drops here and there, nothing too serious. At first I thought it was a big issue, but after using it for a bit, it seems like an small thing. Overall, it works fine for me, just wish the dripping was a little less random

The speeds have been solid, so I can’t really complain there. I think I just signed up at a bad time because my region didn’t have as many options available as I was hoping for. Overall it works fine, but the limited choices were a bit disappointing
